I have always wanted to be a singer. I sang in a choir for a few years and in musicals, but I was always encouraged to focus on academics. I got a degree (two actually) in politics, and now I write politically and emotionally inspired lyrics. Seeing the world through a different lens, I have become a critic of capitalism, and I have been using lyrics as a way of expressing my views and disappointment with life.
I would like to make more of my lyrics and my love of singing, so I would like to connect with musicians who could play an instrument to accompany my lyrics and vocals, share their thoughts, or provide advice and experience. It does not matter if you agree with my views on the world, as long as you can entertain the possibility that institutions (i.e., the economic system, banks, courts…) could be structured differently.
