ABOUT

We are a young band looking for a very committed Ottawa musician around 16-20 years old who can sing backing vocals/harmonies. We are really seeking a bassist but would also consider players of other instruments (since we can switch around; we play multiple instruments). We’ll be holding auditions with many musicians. We are looking for someone who is available to rehearse several times a week and can be flexible and available whenever we have events or get other opportunities. For example, we get radio interviews and need to be available quickly. We are in it to succeed and make it big and need someone who is dedicated, enthusiastic and determined. We have already recorded an album and a couple of singles, on which we worked with legendary recording/mixing engineer Eddie Kramer (who has worked with The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Kiss, etc.). The songs have been played on countless commercial radio stations around the world (Rock, Hot AC, Alternative, Hits) as well as CBC and satellite like Sirius XM where we were regularly on the Rodney Bingenheimer show (legendary DJ who was the first to play Coldplay, Oasis in North America). We have 50,000+ fans across social media and have had our album streamed over half a million times. I have a vision for the band and its sound so I write the songs and manage the group; what we need is someone to play these songs with us. We record our songs in Toronto so we need someone willing to make trips. We’re also currently looking into joining a big tour as an opening act. We have played on the field at RCGT Park Stadium as pre-game shows for the Ottawa Champions as well as at festivals, etc. On our first album we wanted to capture the sound of the 60s while infusing it with a bit of modern pop/rock. For our next releases, we are working on a sound that retains the same essence but is a bit more in the direction of modern pop/rock.
