My name is Adam and I am a guitarist that is looking to form this awesome band but I need a singer, drummer, bassist and keyboardist.
First off let's talk about goals because each member must have similar goals with respect to the band.
My "vision" for this band is to play to a an audience and make it sound as authentic as possible.
This means that each band member must be serious and willing to put in the work so we can achieve this.
Each member must act professionally and maturely. This means no drugs or alcohol. I am looking for people that care about the music and won't get caught up in little disputes or act like five year olds.
This is not going to be a three person band because it is very difficult to find someone who can do the job of Geddy by themselves. This means that we need about 5 people maybe 4.
So far I have found a keyboardist that has been in a previous Rush tribute band and is experienced in making it sound authentic.
