Hi, I'm the bass player for a new all-originals rock outfit called Seven Thunders. Check out our samples below and at https://www.reverbnation.com/seventhunders/songs.
We're in search of a drummer with solid chops and a great attitude who's up for learning the songs from our upcoming album and playing them live in the new year.
We practise at the vocalist/guitarist's place at Dupont and Davenport, and at Lynx.

Influences
Black Sabbath, QOTSA/Desert Sessions, Eagles of Death Metal, Monster Magnet, PJ Harvey, The Kills, anything Motown, lotsa classic rock. Lately I've been listening to Death From Above 1979, Goat, Wolf People, Khruangbin, Kikigaku Moyo, King Tuff, Tame Impala, getting weirdly into Supertramp, and getting reacquainted with Van Halen. And 70s R&B and funky soul is never off my playlist.

EQUIPMENT
70s Rickenbacker basses, Fender Jazz, Squier Bass VI. Occasionally pick up a Dearmond M-75T electric guitar but I suck at guitar.
