I'm looking to form a folk-rock/country/blues band.
I write songs, sing, and would play acoustic/rhythm guitar and harmonica. I am looking for a multi-instrumentalist who would provide accompaniment ideally on the lap steel or dobro, banjo, mandolin, and maybe some lead guitar as well as a bass player (who understands roots music). Both players should be able to sing backups and harmonize as well. I figure to start with those two members plus myself, do some playing and see about getting a drummer at a later date.
I have been writing songs, gigging and touring for the better part of a decade and am looking to start rehearsing, gigging and recording asap.
