Hey there,
I'm looking to form a indie/alternative band with jazz influences. In the style of artists like King Krule, Mac Demarco (for the jazz context) and Interpol and Joy Divison (for the aesthetic and rock feel). I myself would play rhythm guitar and sing. Ideally I would like a band with drums, bass, lead guitar, sax, and electronic music (person who adds noise elements, ambience etc). I've been playing guitar for 9 years and been writing songs seriously for about 2-3. I have a studio/jam space setup at my house so it would not be an issue finding a place to rehearse. Let me know if this would be a project you would be interested in collaborating on. I'm open to original ideas from all bandmates as well. I just want to create an immersive, creative atmosphere with other like-minded people. Ideal age range would be 18-21.
