Retired rudimental rock and parade drummer needs fellow drummers to lay down beats to accompany and encourage runners at public events like the Times Colonist 10K Run, the Victoria Marathon, and the Goddess Run. The gigs are always Sunday mornings, and setup is early, so drummers with a Saturday night gig will feel the imposition most, but, hey, it's only three gigs a year. Only the marathon lasts more than a couple of hours. The more drummers, the better.
