Drummer recently moved from Australia. Experienced playing in gigging bands, recently recorded an EP with last band in Australia. http://redapparition.bandcamp.com/
Looking for pro-level band to join or form. Focus on driving rhythms and interesting beat structures / time signatures (but i don't like to do weird for the sake of weird either). Think Mars Volta in terms of my preferred level of time-signature variation, but if the music's great, i'm happy either way.
Currently only have cymbals here in Calgary, left my kit in Aus. I am looking at buying one here or just getting by on playing studio kits or borrowing from others to start with.
