The OFFBEATS is a four piece band from beautiful Northumberland County consisting of Chris Towells, Barry Johnson, Doug Collier, and Richard Uglow. The band's key musical focus is to provide great dance music covering Rock, Rhythm, and a touch of Country with great artists such as Stevie Wonder, Hall & Oates, Smokey Robinson, Dwight Yoakum, Sam and Dave, Joe Cocker, Wilson Pickett, Chuck Berry, Vince Gill, The Four Tops, and The Mavericks - to name a few.
