ABOUT

I have played in many bands over the years. Straight ahead rock 'n' roll to modern country. I've played it all from George Thorogoode and Skynard to The Black Crowes; and Allana Miles to Blondie and Donna Summer, to No Doubt and Lenny Kravitz; Poison to Def Lepard.
Basically 70s thru 80s/90s, and the odd new tune that still rocks.

I am looking to gig in the GTA and surrounding area. A few times a month is great.
My preference is to get into a coverband.
Even better; a tribute band.
I am not "closed" to the thought of original projects completely though.
I have my own gear and transportation.
Although I do play and enjoy other instuments; I prefer playing drums. DRUMS ARE MY STRONG POINT.
My bass playing is along the lines of a good basic backing beat. Nothing fancy; but solid.
My Guitar playing is of the same stature. Nothing fancy; only a solid backing. (Think AC/DC).

I am versatile in many styles of music influenced by bands like Poison, Motley Crue, Big Sugar, Sass Jordan, Melissa Etheridge, etc. My vocal influences are along the lines of Eagles, Doobie Brothers, etc.
