Hello all,
I’m looking to make music with people close to home, ideally.
Can sing lead, but like harmony and singing backup. Not the best singer, but I stay in key and have range.
I have a good sense of rhythm so hold court with the drums. I also have some lead chops and can improvise. I really love country twang, chicken-pick’n, and slide sounds. I have a lot of years practice with rock and blues styles.
I’m not bad at ukulele, either. You can make those sound like a mandolin without having to try and play on that tiny mandolin neck.
I love lots of genres, but am most interested in playing things that lean to country, trad, bluegrass, folk, etc.
I'd like to have a weekly thing. Just for fun or with a modest goal for gigs. I'm a busy family man.
All the best.
