ABOUT

Bo has been writing, singing and playing for his entire life. Born in Britain and grown up in Canada, he has lived in Baja, India and France and New Zealand, before returning home to BC.
He is a born storyteller, narrator, and archivist of memories. Bo’s songs tell of a life of challenge, experimentation, love pain and intense sensitivity. The style is entirely original; inspired by the early blues greats and later the Beatles and Stones, Dave Matthews, Stevie Ray Vaughn, John Newman, Big Sugar and early Kings of Leon. His diploma in film making strengthened his narrative style.
As a self-taught guitarist, he developed a unique style. A listener with eyes closed would think he is hearing two guitars and a percussionist.
He has been in several bands in Canada and NZ and is in the process of forming a power trio here in Kelowna.
Bo’s extensive catalogue is entirely original and he says “If I didn’t write it - you won’t hear me sing it”.
