ABOUT

Brain Fog is an Okanagan based hardcore punk band formed in 2024. Blending the sounds of today with the gritty sounds of classic East Coast Hardcore & West Coast Punk, their tunes are sure to get the pit jumping. Hitting hard & fast with ripping guitars, pounding bass, thrashing drums & in your face vocals. Brain Fog has been writing tunes for the last year, and have about 20 songs finished and ready to go. So far we are 2 guys, a bass player/guitarist and a drummer/singer who both play multiple instruments. Now we need more players to fill out the live lineup. We need either a singer or drummer AND a bassist or guitarist. We could also use a lead guitarist. We have already made merch, released a record that was produced and engineered by Sean Colig of SNFU. We jam together once every 2 weeks, and get lots of show offers.
