I am 24 years old and have been playing piano since grade 1, finishing my grade 8 piano in grade 8 of school. My aunt (who taught me piano) was also a singing teacher, so I have been singing for almost just as long, but without taking actual lessons. I played bass for a few months in a band, but unfortunately we didn't stay together long enough for me to get past being a beginner. I also played synth for awhile in a band called The Rabid Whole, but as they moved out east to Toronto, that also came to an end. As I have an 8 month old baby, I don't have a ton of time to commit to playing at the moment, but wouldn't mind jamming and hopefully more time will become available down the road!
