Hello! I'm a 28-year-old drummer looking for a new or existing group to play with. I started playing drums in 2007 when I was around 12-13 but unfortunately wasn't able to play after leaving high school until relatively recently when I purchased an electronic drum kit for my home. I'm still a bit out of practice but I'm hoping to play more and I think having a group to play with would be really good for me.
I'm a bit of a pocket drummer, kinda prefer to play grooves with accents and fills as needed but not super flashy. Down to play pretty much any style tho I don't own a double-kick pedal and don't know any blast beats so metal is probably out unfortunately.
I own an Alesis Nitro Mesh electronic drum kit and can bring it out to practices but if you have a kit I can use that'd probably work better.
