I'm a 37 year old drummer looking to start/join a band. I mainly play stoner rock, psychedelic and sludge metal. I have a background of old school punk and hard rock. I am pretty open to new ideas and like to put a tweak of progressive music into my style. I've been playing drums for about 20 years. I'm a heavy hitter who likes to ride the ride. I also play guitar which I've been doing for most of my life. I'm pretty indifferent to which instrument I'd play.

In my 20s I gigged a lot in the Calgary scene with a few bands. We'd generally play 2-3 times a week, so I have a good chunk of live experience. I have also done a little bit of touring but nothing that serious.

I have a jam space, an old dingy basement with a low roof to make things nice and grimmy. I have a drum kit, a few guitars and a decent amp. I have some mics but no PA. I've mostly been recording solo albums for the past 10 or so years with a project called Hash Tin.
