I enjoy writing and recording songs, and out of lonely necessity, I play all the tracks...drums, guitars, bass, mandolin, a little keyboard....then record and mix them with home gear like Reaper and Audacity and Garage Band. I have a good collection of low end gear, including a Yamaha dxt500 drum kit that I am just starting to explore. I have a dedicated room for practice and recording. I'm also a long time video maker and enjoy uploading music videos to Youtube.
I'm not claiming any extraordinary aptitude or talent for *any* of the things I just mentioned. Song writing and recording is simply a hobby I take great satisfaction in. I would like to expand my enjoyment by playing and collaborating with other people and perhaps playing live at some point, including busking.

Traditional country (Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson), 1960's rock and psychedelia, Maritime, classic rock, including punk, 80's alternative, 90's alternative, blues, alt. country, ambient...I think I lost the thread sometime in the 00's, but love lots of different music.
