Haven’t played for 40 years. Looking for people in similar situation who used to be professional and good. Aim is to play good music for my own satisfaction. I am not interested in playing for drunks in bars but am not averse to public performances of some sort. I don't sing but have the gift of the gab and can MC.
I don't drink, do drugs or smoke and will not put up with smokers, drunks or druggies at all. While I do not expect top 1% musicians to contact me, I am looking for people with serious experience who know their way around their instrument. They can be rusty like me, that will not take long to fix.

EQUIPMENT
I have an excellent vintage set of Ludwig drums (currently being restored and re-wrapped) adequate for any music.
I have a vintage Shure 100 W PA system with two 6 speaker columns and two 3 speaker monitor units, I don't think there is anything better for voice. I also have an excellent powered mixer that can be used for instruments.
I have a collection of guitars, basses and a couple of good amps (For my own pleasure, I am NOT a guitarist of any note whatsoever).
