Band to Join, Vocalist, Other Percussion, Violin, Fiddle, Cello.ABOUT
New to Ottawa in 2018...living in the east end..Orleans. Fairly competent self-taught flat-picking/rhythm acoustic guitar player....probably intermediate level. Ideally would like to join up with a violin/fiddle or cello player interested in acoustic covers of popular music (old/new) in cafe, patio, restaurant, lounge settings when we can all get back out again. In the meantime I have access to a practice area that would permit physically-distanced practice/rehearsal ....and depending how things go could become a regular and cool place play once this covid stuff finally comes to an end. I enjoy taking popular songs and distilling down to their acoustic roots. I'm kinda at that stage of my playing ability where I believe I can contribute to create arrangements together with a violin/cello player who may be looking for acoustic guitar accompaniment to add variety and round out arrangements. may be reached at aglassprpgrp.com

Acoustic rock & classic-rock, folk-rock, acoustic blues & folk story-telling songs....and anything that can make people laugh a little.. Largely influenced by Springsteen, Todd Snider, Jimmy Buffett, John Prine, The Hip, Tom Cochrane, Blue Rodeo, Gordon Lightfoot, Great Big Sea.
