NEEDED: SOLO MUSICIANS/SINGERS, BANDS & MORE for SEPT 21st SHOW
The "Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival" is looking for musical acts & other entertainers (comedians, magicians, clowns, jugglers) for their annual outdoor event on *SEPT 21st - 2024*, in downtown Cornwall Ontario. Last year over 1000 people attended this free admission event.
ALSO NEEDED: technical help, roadies, etc...
There is *NO FINANCIAL COMPENSATION*, though you're welcome to put out your tip jar & you may be also given some extra goodies.
*PREFERENCE* WILL BE GIVEN TO *ORIGINAL MUSIC*
(although you can still play cover tunes)
Most musical styles are welcome, but...
ONLY MUSIC THAT WILL BE FIT FOR A GENERAL AUDIENCE
(so sorry, no grunge, metal, or swearing)
Each act will play for 40 minutes & be given 15 minutes set up time. A sound system & sound man will be provided.
Solo & duo acts will play from 11-am till 5-pm, on the west side of the civic complex (next to Lamoureux park) & bands will play on the bandshell stage, from 5-pm till 9-pm.
