I teach high school math in Mississauga. I also sing. I sang in choir and quartet as a kid and in garage bands through my teens culminating, as a rock singer, in doing gigs in my late 20s. Domestication then arrived and I settled into singing while playing acoustic or bass guitar. Years later, I decided to join a choir where, through contacts, I met with an opera company owner and sang in Johann Strauss' Die Fledermaus, in German, at the Rose Theatre in Brampton and at the University of Waterloo. That was followed by my performance in the Brampton Music Theatre's production of the rock opera RENT.
In my early days, I wrote several songs on my trusty acoustic guitar, but it's really about the singing though. My current interest is in performing at gigs.
