I primarily enjoy playing jazz and any kind of jazz groove fusion. Most of my experience is playing jazz standards and playing loads of jazz gigs. I have played in a cover band, a surf band and an originals rock band. I like playing original music and detest overplayed classic rock. Would maybe consider a dance band for a change of pace or R&B or backing anyone who can sing really well.
I have my own home studio and am proficient with Ableton Live for recording and mixing. Retired and highly committed. Band must be gig-worthy and not just a basement project.
