I am Issie, I pride myself for being that Asian friend you'll have that listens to all the edgy music and sings and plays bass. My primary instrument is voice but I also love to accompany myself with simple guitar. I am in love with grooving out on my electric bass as well.

Currently on a journey of figuring out how best to record my voice, I promise I will sing way better than anything I capture and post as a cover. Mellower softer sounds are easier to record and find some sort of satisfaction with but I am striving to figure out how to better record harder, female belt/grit/shout type singing as well.

I love jamming, I love reimagining older tunes, I love all things music. Being a music major helps me explore all things music but also keeps me open to any commitment.

It is my hope to start connecting with more musicians to hopefully pursue my passion in singing on stage, big or small. A part of me grows tired of my mundane full time student and part time worker duality of a life and I just want to start rocking out and having fun making music with others.
