ABOUT

Jagged Roots as of now, is a 4-piece band in Victoria, BC seasoned and experienced musicians that are looking for 2 like-minded musicians.

We play with many styles of music ranging from different moments in time, being quite eclectic. From Modern and Classic Rock (70’s to today) to Jazzy/RnB/Funk/Rock n roll. From Motown to Alternative. We also have an Amy Winehouse tribute project on the go which might interest you.

We all have performance abilities and are now auditioning for Drummers and Saxophonists to join us to get the show going, go on stage, engage our crowd, and most importantly have fun!

We are all professionals meaning that we arrive prepared, we are on-time, and we all take pride and commitment in the music and our bandmates. We also all have day jobs so it's not a super intense vibe, no one's trying to compete or get rich and famous. Said that…If we do, we won’t say no! The social fit with the group/sense of humour is equally important to us as pure techniques.

Bass Player - 25yrs stage experience
Electric Guitar - 30yrs stage experience
Rhythm and Keyboards - 25yrs stage experience
My self - Vocalist – 20yrs stage experience
We like to ensure that everyone plays a part so any type of input from you or song suggestions that fit the styles, we are open to ideas.
