My name is Jake and I'm currently enrolled at the University Saskatchewan as a Percussion Major in the Music Education Dept. In my spare time I like to record singer/songwriter alternative music. (Similar to that of Mac Demarco, Andy Shauf, City in Colour, Elliott Smith etc.) I've been recording everything via analog as well so I'm achieve an absolutely delicious sound. Currently using a Tascam 644 Analog mixer and routing that into a digital interface. I record each of my tracks on to tape, then play back the tape to recording it via the digital interface. It's tedious but very worth it. I would consider myself pretty adept with my setup but I'm looking for other creative minds that have cool ideas for songs, are multi instrumentalists, who can jump around on anything to help me with this creative process. However, above all else, you gotta be a decent person. I'm a pretty easy going guy so looking for someone who is the same. Hit me up!
