Solo project is a country pop/rock band Jason Ross and also currently playing bass in a cover band, and acoustic guitar with another trio. Recorded, mixed and produced all my solo stuff and my previous band, Clever Weapon, so I'm always on the lookout for folks wanting to collab, or new artists who want to get their stuff recorded and out into the world.

Influences

Pretty much anything that's fun to play, but I would say Keith Urban is a gigantic influence, Darius Rucker, Ritchie Kotzen, and any country-pop stuff with lots of harmonies and pop sensibility. I also love ZZ Top, The Cadillac Three, Whiskey Myers, Black Crowes and any southern country/rock...I just don't have the voice to pull that stuff off.
