I am looking to play with some solid, experienced players in a part time band. I am a long-time guitar player who gigged professionally for many years who now plays because I still love music! I always come to rehearsals and gigs on time and prepared. I am looking for like minded people. I typically play classic rock or blues, but I am very open minded about material for the most part.
I have a good day job, so money is not the priority for me, it is the music. I do not mind playing cover tunes but the emphasis for me is to always seek to put a unique stamp on the songs instead of being a record player. My goal is to play in a quality band that performs tight, unique versions of well-known tunes, this is a priority for me.
I like to have fun while playing but for me it is only fun if the band is super tight and sounds really good. I do not mind putting in the time at home or rehearsing to ensure that I always hold up my end.
