First the whole point of this is that I am looking for people to play with. Not to sure where this may lead to but if any of this resonates with you, please reach to me and say hello.
I am 60, married, reliable and just retired. Lots of free time these days and I am putting it into music. I played guitar as a kid then put it down a few years after high school. Career and kids and all that … does that sound familiar? Picked it up again a while back and working at it again. I am far from pro but would consider myself a solid intermediate player. I've been working at getting better consistently over the last number of years. I think I am equally adept at rhythm vs lead guitar and am comfortable with diving into music theory. The last couple of years I have got into singing. Mind you I have a lot to work on with regards to vocals. My wife is the one with the good vocals.
My early pandemic project was the build a great jam space. The hope is to play more with people and form some good reliable supportive friendships. I don’t need to make money form this nor do I have any huge desire to gig non-stop for fame or ego. Mind you I am OK with playing out from time to time. No craziness or drama is important. When I do get involved in things, I tend to be very committed. Contact me at johntremblay101 at ho tmail dot com

EQUIPMENT
Not much of an equipment junkie .... but I have what is needed. Bass amp, guitar amps, PA and drums. Right now, have a Roland TD-17kvx setup through the PA. Seams to work pretty good for controlling the volume for practice and jamming (and it works great for myself learning drums). Mind you I get it that some drummers may not like electronic drums. The space is a pretty good practice space, but I am not at all adverse to playing at your place or joining an existing group.
