Primarily I'm a drummer currently playing in a female-fronted Jazz-pop- piano-song cover band getting together sporadically (once-a-week-ish)
I play mostly by ear, feel, intuition, and improvisation. I've played drums collectively for around 20 years in a lot of different bands, casual jams, and Pub-jams. I know the jist of a lot of songs and can find the groove of pretty much any 4/4 stuff. As I play, I look around at the other musicians as part of my getting "cues" to rhythms, changes and stops.
Influenced by Blues, Rock, Pop, RnB, country, Jazz , Alt, originals hip hop, smooth jazz etc...
