July Reign is an international recording project created in 2014 by founder and guitarist Sheldon Scrivner of Ottawa, Canada. JR has released two albums, Here Comes the Flood, released by MelodicRock Records (Australia) in 2015, and Waves Of Destiny, released by Alone Records (Greece) in 2019.
