I've been playing guitar for the past 3 years and drums for the past 2, but I still consider myself a complete beginner for both instruments. I consider myself to be a much better drummer than guitarist simply because I've put down more time practicing. Mainly looking for other people to jam with, so I can have a better understanding of my instrument, as living in the suburbs has made me unable to do so in the past. Of course joining a band would be completely awesome as well.
In terms of technical skill I'm still working on my rudiments, so I still can't use anything other than a single stroke roll on the kit, but I am working at changing that!

Influences
My main influences for drums are Elvin Jones, Mitch Mitchell, and Neil Peart. For Guitar it would be Jimmy Hendrx and Jimmy Paige. Watching these guys play made me want to start picking up the guitar/drums and they continue to inspire me today.
