Hi everyone,
My name is Twila Vanderkooy and I am a university student currently striving to get my performance diploma and my bachelor of honours in music. The alto saxophone is my main instrument there in which I receive lessons. I have also played the tenor sax, and I play the guitar (classical, acoustic, electric) As a musician it is really difficult to find gigs and get that practical experience. So with that in mind, I hope to find some opportunities for performances and gigs etc soon.

Influences
A lot of my influenced came from my elementary and highschool music teachers. For me they were and are a big influence, but also just the power of music and what it can really do. I am a very passionate musician.
EQUIPMENT
I have a classical guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar with a soundhole cable. No amplifiers (just a small practice one. So, basically no equipment except for cables and a smal amp.
