I'm 37 yrs old and I've been a metal head junkie since I was 12. I started screemin in the shower despite my families ears lol, then kareokee was my only way to get in front of ppl and scream at them. I soon found out to my surprise that every where I went and everyone that herd me sing enjoyed it. Ppl tell me they hated metal but loved my style and my style is hardcore so that was pretty motivational. I filled in for my friends 3peice death metal band called scarstruck at a show one night in Vancouver. The bass/ lead vocals lost his voice and asked me to fill in. I said I don't know the words he said it's death metal make it up lol. So with 2days notice I went to 2 practices and the day of the show I sang for about 40 minutes straight making it up as I went. At the end the other 4 bands who kicked ass said I crushed it and we were voted the best of the night. I soon moved back to Alberta and now find myself with the time and energy to pursue a band looking for a metal vocalist to work with. I love this sh*t I'm a sober guy with nothing to do. Balls for days gimmie a shot and see if I can blow u away.
