ABOUT

I'm a chilled drummer that loves jamming, improvising, can sing well and harmonize on the fly. I like hearing everyone in the mix. I'm not obnoxious behind the kit. I don't like being loud or solo'ing. I am fair and just want to find like-minded musicians to jam with. I love grooving and dancing behind the kit. I'm not fancy or technical but I'm consistent and original, with a lot of soul. I'd love to form a creative acid jazz/trip hop kind of sounding band with sweet hooks, tasty grooves, trance-like pleasant vocals and harmonies. I want to be creative, with the flexibility of improvising and letting bandmates go for a ride when they're in the zone. At the same time, I like to get sh*t done and want to sound good : )

Coldplay, Talking Heads, radiohead, Portishead, Jack Johnson, Nora Jones, David Bowie, RHCP, U2, Stone Roses, the Police, Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet, Supertramp, Blue Rodeo, Pink Floyd... I know it's all over the place but these are all bands/artists that influenced me. I also have a fondness for surf music.
