The 4 tracks below are from a demo I made in 2006 of my original songs. It was part of a collaboration with my partner.

Since then, it’s been challenging to find another person to collaborate with. I have come to realize that finding a life partner and musical partner are equally as challenging!

I took a hiatus from searching for awhile after having my son almost 8 years ago.

I am now searching again.
And I am certain about my desire for musical collaboration rather than playing solo.

I have very eclectic taste in music and have been inspired and influenced equally by Artists from the past and present. Ranging from Jazz & Blues Greats : Ella Fitzgerald, Otis Redding, Etta James, Nina Simone, Chet Baker. Rock & Roll / Folk Greats : Elvis, Johnny Cash, Gordon Lightfoot, Leonard Cohen, Bill Withers, Dolly Parton, and Janis Joplin, Bowie
To French Classics: Brel, Aznavor, Piaf, Françoise Hardy.

More recent artists that also inspire me: Patrick Watson, Bon Iver, Cat Power, The Be Good Tanya’s, Ray Lamontagne, Timber Timbre, Charlotte Cardin, Amy Winehouse, Sufjen Stevens, Alexandra Streliski, November Ultra, Daughter, Ann Brun…

I also had a Bossa Nova project in my ‘20’s with a guitarist which was great fun. So I am quite familiar with Latin jazz as well.

And I also love Azealia Banks for her audacity, Portishead, for their depth, Neko Case for her vocals and lyrics, and honestly I could go on and on and on…

I love music period.

But what I love most is sharing this passion with others.
