i took piano lessons for a while and then moved to self-teaching.
All of my guitar is self-taught (i play rhythm).
for anyone interested, i took flute in school for 7 years and then lessons very shortly afterward.

i have an acoustic/electric guitar, as well as a keyboard and an old electric guitar, no amp or cord at this point. (i also have a flute and a trombone, although i'm not sure if that is useful for anyone on here looking for band mates)
