I'm looking for a singer for my new Symphonic/Gothic metal project. I'd prefer a female voice but I'm more interested in quality. The influences are Within Temptation, Lacuna Coil, Nightwish, Killing Joke. Also the person needs to be able to record their own voice.
THE PLAN
I'm working on recording all the instruments here (by me) and then transferring the files to the singer have them add their parts, send them back to me for final mixing and tweaking. Then get the songs out as a demo for labels, managers. Hopefully getting some money we can then add the rest of the band and tour!
Symphonic/Gothic metal is doing fairly well in Europe and I think it is on the verge of creating a large solid following here in North America.
