Hey all, I'm a well rounded (ish? ????) guitar/ bass player and drummer looking for like minded musicians interested in jamming on Metallica songs and see where it goes. I'm open to other stuff too, honestly Metallica is my main interest and what I'm most well rounded in playing, also know a decent amount of Nirvana and some other random rock stuff.
While I play a few instruments, I'm definitely more skilled on guitar, followed by drums then bass. I welcome jamming with all other instruments, not just the typical rock band setup (but that's a wonderful starting point!)
I'm in Halifax and open to finding places to jam. Rockopolis off Cunard and Fantasie Music Instruments on Spring Garden come to mind, and of course suggestions are always welcome!
Full disclosure, I'm not trying to become a Rockstar, just reaching out to the local musician community to see if anyone's interested in jamming and having a few drinks, who knows maybe write some songs and become a garage band ???? I jammed with a few people recently and I took it as a sign to get back out there to enjoy more of the same!
