ABOUT

Full disclosure: I don't currently live in Toronto at the moment, but I'm moving here the beginning of the year.

I've played in a fistful of metal bands and cover bands as a bassist, and the last several years as a guitarist. I've recorded 4 albums as well, not counting demos. The most recent band I'm in is Decade of Deceit. Our album is on all the streaming services. I also do graphic design for Bardic Audio Devices and Humanoid pedals.

The material I've been writing for a rock project has mostly a goth rock-type dark vibe, gets plenty heavy, maybe with light orchestrated or synthy elements. Some songs might lean a little Punk Rock, Goth Rock, 80's, Metal, whatever sounds good.

I'm also up for a more a metal project since I've been doing that for long time.

Influences

My influences are pretty wide. Some rock, punk, synthwave, and Goth bands I've been listening to lately include Rise Against, The Cure, Type O Negative, Ghost, Vision Video, Hallowed Hearts, Cemetery Skyline, Rosetta Stone, LeBrock, Gunship, Bad Religion, Blood Command, Strike Anywhere, Sentenced, old Volbeat, The Hellfreaks, Calabreese, Starbenders, The Other, Meg Myers, AFI, Misfits, Gaslight Anthem, Radkey, Poisonblack, The Cult, HIM, The 69 Eyes, and a bunch more.

As far as the metal stuff I've played it's been mostly on the Swedish side of Melodic Death Metal like The Crown, In Flames, Insomnium, Soilwork, Moonspell, and Dark Tranquillity.
