Murray's inspiration for his music comes from the spirit of the people and places of the rich and colorful Cariboo, a region of central British Columbia in western Canada. Murray writes and sings from his life, his experiences and through Murray's music, you get a wonderful window on life in the Cariboo.
In addition to being an accomplished woodworker, organic vegetable farmer (Dragon Mountain Farm), and family man, Murray has recorded three CDs. Songs from Murray’s albums have been produced as music videos and used in documentary film scores. Murray's music has received wide radio airplay across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Australia as well as concert and festival time throughout western Canada.
