ABOUT

Hey ! Figured I'd throw out an ad to see if there's any like-minded musicians in the Durham Region area looking to jam and improve on their musical abilities.

I'm in my mid-thirties, been playing guitar for 24 years. Have played bass for about 18 years off and on. Have been in several bands as a rhythm guitarist and as a bassist. Have also had live, gigging and recording experience. Not looking to "jump into a band" right this second. More so looking to find another musician to hone our skills and to write some music and to play some covers for fun.

Ideally I'd like to find someone that is close to my age and maturity level. Looking to jam with someone that has a career and is looking for something like this as an escape from the grind and something to look forward to.

Recently I've been playing alot of covers such as Killswitch Engage, Machinehead, As I Lay Dying, Trivium, Rage Against The Machine, Audioslave, As Blood Runs Black, Death, Fear Factory etc. But I also dabble with some GnR, Zepplin, Nazareth, Alice in Chains and even stuff as light as City and Colour and Blue Rodeo.

Have lots of gear to jam and always acquiring new gear so that's not an issue. Also available to jam at reasonable volumes at my place in Oshawa if need be. Contact me at Kalindunn86
