I’m an experienced bassist, I’ve spent the last 8 years gigging, recording, and writing music very consistently. For the last 5-6 years I’ve worked primarily with an indie/alternative rock group named ‘circle the city’. I’ve also played some one off shows and done some separate writing and recording with other artists of various genres.
I’ve lightly studied music theory, and more specifically jazz music. My playing style mostly stems from jazz and funk influence, and I use that to create unique and diverse bass lines in other genres. I have a good understanding of music theory and can read both sheet and tab notation.
Moving forward in my music career I’d like to get into some more recording sessions, but I’m also always down to go out and gig or write some music.
