I am moderately decent at Guitar, Bass, Piano and singing. And my girlfriend seems to think I'm pretty alright, so take that for what it's worth I suppose. I like to write music as well, it's pretty fun.
Although I've technically been playing longer, I really got started mid high-school when a friend of mine asked me to play bass in a band with him. Started on guitar not too much later, and I like to sing as well.
I don't have much professional experience, I haven't done any proper gigs, or put out any music yet, (I'm still building up my recording and production skills). Although I did help as an assistant teacher, to a class of kids for Co-op in high-school. And I helped manage setting things up for concerts, and keeping the Music School tidy, with all the instruments in order and so on.
Most of my skills comes from playing in the music room at my HS, practising songs with friends, and generally jamming. I have played live before on a few occasions (school concerts, open mics (also at school).
I'm looking to form a band, hopefully find some people I can write with, and I'd love to play gigs, or even go busking with some friends.

Influences
60's - 80's rock/pop. I like the Beatles, The Beach Boys, Abba, Neil Young, Paul Simon, Electric Light Orchestra, Steely Dan, David Bowie,etc.I like the bedroom/ indie pop scene lately.
Recently I've been listing to a 60's group called the Millennium, Sufjan Stevens, some Eagles, New Order, Joni Mitchell, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Wilco, Bob Dylan, Neutral Milk Hotel. Just some things in my recent Spotify history, etc.
