What I need is to get out of this cell. I've been locked in here for, for days. You've controlled my every move. You've told me what to eat, what to think, what to say, and when I show a glimmer of independent thought, you strap me down! You inject me with drugs. You call it a treatment!"
I'm agitated! I may be surrounded by insanity, but I'm not insane! And there's no one I can relate too!
A lot of my work provoked by mental illness diagnosis from decades of long hard drowning stays in mental facilities; unfortunately, you cannot sing or play guitar in tears.
My soul purpose with my art is seemingly selfish at best; I share and sell what I can with others but require some sort of compassion for someone to love me back. Exchanging something with me. My heart. Pieces of my skills have undergone serious training and exploration thru trial and error. My first real struggle was with a back injury at 20, nearly paralyzed afraid of police and surgery. Alone with no one to touch or care for me till now? Survive! I drew art laying down and sang in my cell, then in a mental hospital bed. I was never used to long Term Company until I was in those mental facilities.
The Pain is not actually a great motivator when you cannot sit still at a desk or stay put on your feet. But I still work hard hrs. Although it sped up my process to be more effective. HYPER!
I have been in my apartment for 6 years and I am only 37 years old. I never knew how I could have evolved so quick in this little time at my poverty level income 700$ a month to spend on food, leisure bills etc. But I saved and invested 200$ mthly for success and more positive future. Wealth will come soon so I may enjoy leisure, vacation, vehicle, outings and treatment for my back like massage therapy.
38, so apparently I tried the pills, then Psychiatrist have coerced me to virgin violence and now I’m in Waypoint Mental Health maximum security facility. Go figure?
