ABOUT
Guitarist and vocalist, have played in a few bands over the years, DJ'd, played solo acoustic. Team player, good communicator, outdoors type etc. Back after a two-year break. Was tired of drama and flakes.
I have a home recording studio, and I am working on relearning my setlist for solo acoustic setlist. Sorry, I'm not interested in being the guitarist for a singer. Joining a Band maybe in future but not at the moment thanks.

Influences
Many, wide range of Rock, Alternative, R&B, Country...I like variety, but i think the 80s/90s were the best for variety. I write music as well having some theory under my belt. For playing, I have a few approaches: 1) Push your boundaries - learn complex music and set goals, 2) Learn what's marketable - play what goes over well at venues. 3) have fun or its not worth it.

EQUIPMENT
I buy (invest in) good equipment...guitars, amps, pedals, Mic's etc. My go-to Acoustic is a Taylor 314CE, and my go-to Electric is Duesenberg Mike Campbell into a MESA Lonestar Special - very versatile. Pedals include a TalkBox, MXR Delay, Chorus, Noise Gate, Compressor, Wah and EQ.
