I've been playing guitar for a long time but not congruently. I've let less important things get in the way from time to time, but no more. I'm looking to put together or join a project that is focused around hard work, lots of practice, original songs, and tons of fun. I'm not against a few covers, but that should not be the goal.

Influences
Old country, and new punk. You know the drill - as a kid you rebel from what your parents listened to (classic country), but you come back around. In the meantime, I got into the 90's wave of pop punk. So I eventually found my way to bands like Social Distortion, The Cadillac Tramps, Volbeat quite a bit later, etc. It's really about taking that old rock and country style and attitude into some faster and heavier riffs.
