Slow Motion eXplosion is a kick-ass rock band from Toronto. Formed in 2007 The band’s vision is to capture a stadium anthem-rock vibe, all the while incorporating hard-hitting rock riffs with clever hooks galore. SMX have borrowed from their influences - U2, Audioslave, VAST, 30 Seconds to Mars, Pink Floyd - to forge a truly original and exciting sound! The band’s debut EP, “Dirt”, was released on October 1st, 2008. The band has since been promoting it non-stop, playing shows with the likes of Rides Again, Hello Operator, Manic Drive, and many more.
