Stasia Alexandra began her signing interest at age 3. She was Raised in the mid 90s on artists like Diana Krall, Sarah Vaughn, Tracy Chapman, Chantal Kreviazuk. In the mid 2000s she was performing in plays and choirs. She at that time drew inspiration by other rock artists such as Avril Lavigne and KT Tunstall, Green Day and Carrie Underwood.

She began singing at age 12 training in opera as a soprano.

At 32 she sings an array of musical genres that range from jazz, blues and folk and rock and enjoys covering 50s doo wop era too.
