I am a 34-year-old musician and music store sales associate.
I have played guitar for over ten years but have only taken it more seriously in the past year. I was in University for the better half of my 20s, so there was not much time for practice.
I have also played drums for the better half of my life. Like the guitar, I had to stop for school. I am more comfortable behind the kit than with a guitar, but I love making songs on the guitar. I learn songs fairly fast on drums, so if you need a hired gun for your weekend gig, I can usually make it with one to no practices for a gig. It just depends on the style we are playing. My mays are country, folk, blues, rock and indie/folk.
