I am seeking a recording 'A' circuit full-time touring act ideally. Will entertain forming something new and/or do regular weekend gigs with established acts. I have worked with platinum and gold recording artists, have toured over 7 countries, have played with ECMA winning acts, Juno nominees etc. I am an energetic player with good dynamics and can be entertaining to watch. I am also a songwriter and past MI-PIT grad. I am a confident player and can play with anyone, anywhere, anytime.
I'm a versatile drummer with an early background listening to my dad's funk and Motown records. I grew up as a teenager playing lots of double kick metal then after PIT my appreciation for a wide variety of styles grew and I gained a lot of experience playing shuffles in rock n' blues acts, latin rythm's and clave's, brushes for those lounge/jazz gigs... I can sight read if needed (been a while), but most importantly I am a solid groove player with a strong pocket and lotsa feel.
